Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.  Please contact our office at 614-292-2020 option 1 then option 3 regarding any product returns.  Contact lenses must be unopened, unmarked and purchased within 1 year to qualify for a return.  Contact lenses purchased beyond 1 year do not qualify for a return.  All other products will have limited warranty according to the manufacturers guidelines regarding manufacturer defects.
